Ek wil nie eers 1 ster gee nie. Die vrou se diens is pateties en sy is n dief!! Ek het al in Desember my pakkie betaal, agv omstandighede kon ek die 1x wat sy reply het dit nie oplaai nie. Ek vra toe of sy kan Pudo, ek betaal my R100 (pudo is anyway R60) en toe NIKS... geen terugvoer. Whatsapps word nie gelees nie. Comments op FB word delete en toe word ek geblok!! Dit is pateties!
How I wish that I came here first before paying for my order!! Sadly I dont differ with anyone here, except the one or two who gave you more than 1 star!! Sadly it is compulsary to give at least 1 star. I would rather gave 0 stars. My orginal date of delivery when I paid my order was today (21/11), when I havent heard anything and phoned Leroy today, the lady told me that they havent received any confirmation/approval from the 3rd party?!?!?! Then why put the stock on your website, when you dont receive feedback from your supplier? They dont tell you this. I went online today to check if the product is still online, and it is still there! O and the lady who helped me over the phone said I would be getting feedback before COB today. Guess what??? Yip. I havent heard anything
I want to give a ZERO this is my 2nd review about THE SAME PROBLEM!!! I just want my money back that was taken WITHOUT MY CONSENT!! *****ing in other words!!! This happened in March already, this is June now! NO refund. I already send documents through for the refund 9 days ago to Sandile!! According to the online agent today (9 days later) NO refund has been processed, I must submit the documents AGAIN!! While doing that the conversation was ended and marked as COMPLETE!! The transaction is COMPLETE WHEN MY MONEY IS INTO MY ACCOUNT!!!! The R2097 YOU TOOK not half of it that you WANT TO "credit" to my account! I don't want anything ever to do again with DSTV why would I want to credit my dstv account????
