I would like to write a review about King Price Insurance
Made a reservation last week and paid my booking fee and also paid my platinum fee to get better service. The booking fee and platinum fee have been cleared already Friday and still my booking remain provisional. How long does it take.
What a disappointment. Only receive empty promised. Paid our Levies at the beginning of February 2025 at Magalies Park and requested our points to be banked at First Exchange. Have called First Exchange several times and have also filled out the bank form on there website. But with every phone call they promised by end of business that day but still nothing and its has been more than a month and still nothing. Also always promises that they will follow-up and call back and that does not even happen. Regards

Received bad service from La Montagne. Wrote a review complaining about the so-called Penthouse. It's been over a week and still no response. How can you recommend a place which does not even come back to you.
We booked the Penthouse on 22 March 2021 for the period 15 to 19 November 2021. Was so excited because the Penthouse is never available. Took guests with us and when we arrived we were so disappointed. How do you entertain guests in a place like this. I took photographs of all that is listed here below. When we arrived they put us in 711 which was not the Penthouse, it was a three-bedroom apartment. I have been to La Montagne before and there ordinary rooms are better than this so called Penthouse which they put us in. The Penthouse is definitely 712, even the staff working there said that 711 is not the Penthouse, just an ordinary three-bedroom apartment. All the following was all either unhygienic, dirty, broken or wrong: 1. The kitchen zinc was block and sunk so badly that the smell could be smelt right through the whole unit even upstairs. Reported it to reception, they came and tried to open and sprayed air fresheners. Within a day the same thing and reported it again. The maintenance guy said that they were waiting for chemicals. This is unacceptable and very unhygienic and health risk because your dishes are washed in this zinc. 2. The aircon in the ground floor room did not work, the curtains were broken and hanging, bathroom ceiling paint peeling off. 3. There was mould all over the walls downstairs. 4. Light fitting by bar area did not have a cover on. 5. Furniture was not penthouse quality and chairs around dining table did not match. 6. Bathroom in the main bedroom was disgusting, toilet seat broken, tiles cracked, tiles around bath dirty, tiles around the taps broken, bathroom cupboard falling apart, bathroom window dirty, ceiling had been patched with brown paint. 7.
