Absolutely appalling customer service. I had to deal with multiple agents for a simple cancellation, which dragged on for weeks. When the agents finally arrived, they were underinformed and had no direct line to the office, resulting in endless calls and repeated explanations. The admin team showed zero urgency or teamwork, leaving staff on site waiting all day for basic information. Completely unacceptable.
I bought something online that never got delivered despite notifying me that the parcel had been shipped and will be delivered the next day. It's been 4 days now that my parcel has been going back and forth with the courier people. Please ensure that the parcel you ship is delivered and also follow up with the customer (Good customer service). I have sent you emails and you never responded. I wasted my airtime calling the courier and still nothing. I hope those perfumes won't be damaged by the time the courier people feel like delivering them. I am really disappointed with your service
The worst courier service ever, despite them sending you notifications every day that your parcel will be delivered, it is never delivered. It's like the driver takes the parcel every morning, goes around with it and at the end of the day, he returns it to the depot. This has been going on for 3 days now and whenever I call they tell me the driver is on his way or his car broke down
I have been calling standard bank for the past 3 hours and nobody has helped. I am being transferred from one agent to the other and nothing is being done yet. What is the purpose of having a banker if you have to waste so much on airtime first and also being put on hold for hours and still your issue is not resolved PS: My card is blocked so if I run out of airtime now, I won't be able to recharge I am really disappointed in the service that I am receiving from standard bank.
RUDEST PEOPLE EVER!!! I visited the clearwater branch today, upon arrival, I notice that nobody seems to pay attention. I try to wave; the lady looks up and says "Ma'am we can't help you we're doing stock-taking". And I asked her if you are doing stock taking, does that mean you are not going to sell for the rest of the day? And why is the door opened then??? The response was: We can't assist you or are you going to buy? SPEECHLESS. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN
