Love Love Love!
I ordered on Sunday and got my parcel on Tuesday morning. It's my first time trying their perfume so I ordered a mini perfume first so I can smell how it resembles the original and it was definitely worth it the perfume smells exact to the original.

Another bouquet to TPG and FastWay couriers
Once again I received brilliant service. Kudos also to FastWay couriers, who picked my order and delivered the following day, Pretoria to East London. Well done all of you!

Worst Customer service(Online purchase)
I bought something online that never got delivered despite notifying me that the parcel had been shipped and will be delivered the next day. It's been 4 days now that my parcel has been going back and forth with the courier people. Please ensure that the parcel you ship is delivered and also follow up with the customer (Good customer service). I have sent you emails and you never responded. I wasted my airtime calling the courier and still nothing. I hope those perfumes won't be damaged by the time the courier people feel like delivering them. I am really disappointed with your service

Keep it up ladies,the perfume gallery wonderboom
The shop in Wonderboom junction is clean and the two consultants were great they know their assignment except for the white lady in the shop who is not friendly and makes shopping uncomfortable.She makes mood very low...

Bad customer service at the Perfume gallery wonderpark.
Bad customer service. I bought two 200ml Justine tissue oils from the perfume gallery in wonderpark next to the Naartjie store. The one bottle was full and the other was a quarter full. I called in spoke to Portia who didn't bother to take my complaint seriously. She just told me she's busy with customers. Bad customer service from the store!!
