Further to my previous post about Makro on-line where I had to return a purchase, I'm happy to report that I received my refund within the promised time. All is forgiven!
I was impressed with the ease of ordering my Volpes curtains, the speedy response, easy payment method and delivery time. Recd within days and very happy with what I received. Well done everyone, what a pleasure.
Hats off to Mattress Gallery, especially Nosipo. There was an initial glitch caused by one of their offices as to what what in or out of stock but Nosipo bent over backwards to see that I received what I wanted My La-Z-boy chair was delivered, assembled and tested within days of sorting out the "silly season" confusion. Great, friendly service, thanks to all!
My second ever order was as much a disaster as my first one. Once again the item arrived incomplete and damaged. It would appear that there is not enough control of what they send out. Very disappointing. Two stars for quick service but now I wait for collection of the return and my refund.
I've ordered from them 3 times now in the past weeks and had a good experience each time. Fast, secure and efficient service. This will be my first go to option in future.👍
Their online order system and payment is simple and their response immediate. The order was dipatched without delay and received within 3 days. Bob shop and Internet Couriers kept me informed every step of the way too. Wonderfully efficient service!
Further to my previous review of one star in Jan, I'm happy to report that my son received his refund for returned goods, hence the improved rating. It took a few months but at least he got it. 👍
Makro Port Elizabeth Lousy service My son ordered and paid R1000 for an item on-line from Makro on 5 Jan. It was received within 2 working days, hence the star. The shipping carton arrived sealed with Macro tape but the product box was open and an incorrect part supp****. They had no more in stock and agreed to a refund once they had uplifted the item. A month later, after a few reminders and promising to treat it as urgent, they still haven't collected it and we're still waiting for our refund. A very unhappy customer.
