Hats off to Mattress Gallery, especially Nosipo
Hats off to Mattress Gallery, especially Nosipo. There was an initial glitch caused by one of their offices as to what what in or out of stock but Nosipo bent over backwards to see that I received what I wanted My La-Z-boy chair was delivered, assembled and tested within days of sorting out the "silly season" confusion. Great, friendly service, thanks to all!

Hats off to Mattress Gallery, especially Nosipo. There was an initial glitch caused by one of their offices as to what what in or out of stock but Nosipo bent over backwards to see that I received what I wanted My La-Z-boy chair was delivered, assembled and tested within days of sorting out the "silly season" confusion. No delivery and phones do not work!
the date today is 15 december. I placed an order on the 1st of December for mattress and base. On the 9th of December. I received a call that my order will be delivered Thursday, 11 December. I spent the whole of Thursday at home, no delivery. Friday and today monday, I tried to call and the number on line does not go through, the alternative is never picked up. I have also sent email. My only option is to drive to one of their physical stores, and hope they will help. I do not know why they have online shopping as an option if it is going to be this bad. I also need shops to stop offering black Friday specials, if they are then going to use it as an excuse for horrible service. If you do not have the capacity do not do it! I specifically got the bed because I have visitors coming in tomorrow, 16th of December :(

Mattress Gallery
We, Attie Botha and Alta de Beer, want to thank Tanya and Braddley for their efficient and friendly service during our visits at their shop in Clearwater Mall. We bought a lovely bed at their store and is thinking of buying another similar bed. Just because they remembered us end are willing to walk that extra mile for us, we will definitely buy all our beds at their store in the future.
