I can really recommend Sudwala resort at Sudwala Caves. The staff are the best. Friendly and very helpful. Surprise at the reception is such a gentleman. Always smiling and ready to help. Sara call on us at our chalet 52 to invite us for a pensioners tea. That was absolute lovely. Dillon, supervisor, help us with small things in the chalet like little hooks for washcloths. Nothing was too much for the staff. Love the resort and we will be back next year for the 4th time. I really wish tourists will make a point of visiting Sudwala Resort. The kids will love all the activities. Thank you to all the staff members. Please convey our thanks to all members.
We, Attie Botha and Alta de Beer, want to thank Tanya and Braddley for their efficient and friendly service during our visits at their shop in Clearwater Mall. We bought a lovely bed at their store and is thinking of buying another similar bed. Just because they remembered us end are willing to walk that extra mile for us, we will definitely buy all our beds at their store in the future.

Pragtige reastaurant, mooi gedekte tafels met materiaal tafeldoeke, mooi servette en absoluut heerlike kos. Die bottel wyn wat ingesluit is in die prys is regtig van hoogstaand gehalte. Rovos Rail. I want to thank Mr Ruhan Vos for his interesting tour at the Capital Park train station. What an experience. Everything was out of this world. The staff was professional and extremely friendly. Celeske was our cabin staff member. She was just amazing. She done more than her normal duties. The food was out of this world. We also want to thank Darren and the rest of the staff members. The diningroom personnel was so accommodating and friendly. Mr Vos, thank your for the lovely tour to Cape Town. We were treated like VIPs. 10 out of 10 for Rovos Rail. An experience of a lifetime. Well done to everybody aboard the train. Alta de Beer
If you need rest for your soul, take time off, or just need to relax, Waterberg Game Park is the place to go. It is so quite, the stars are more bright, the birds are just amazing and you can rest your body and soul. The units are well kept and the staff is just wonderful. There is only Internet / Wifi at reception and that is absolutely a blessing. No traffic to upset the peaceful environment. Just peace and quiet. A big thank you to the staff and management. SANBONANI RESORT - UNIT 5A 22 - 29 July 2022 I would like to thank the General Manager and all the staff members, from the ladies at reception, lady who cleaned our unit 5a, the porters who carried our luggage, the restaurant ladies, the gardeners and all the other staff members for their friendliness and all around smiles. The resort is an outstanding place for rest and peace of mind. The grounds and the gardens are picture perfect. The units are well maintained and neat. I rate this resort 10 out of 10. It was the best holiday in a very long time all due to the staff at Sanbonani Resort. WELL DONE TO EVERYBODY AT SANBONANI RESORT. YOU ARE AMAZING. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. WE WILL DEFINETALY VISIT AGAIN.
this company is quick to let you know when your account is in arrears. But the moment the client has a problem, there are different agents the client have to talk to. I have been a client of LPA since they took Over QVC. We paid our account on debit order on the first of each month. Unfortunately my husband passed away on 25 July 2021 due to Covid. So all the assets was put into a late estate. The death was recording in newspapers and all debtors were invited to request their funds that was still owed by my husband. LPA did not put in a request for funds outstanding. Now I have problems with payments. We paid in Total over R7950.74 into LPA account. I keep getting statements that does not correlate with each other. Ons statement says I owe R336. 80. Another statement show I owe R1204.08. I am so tired of all this and I have spoken on numerous occasions to agents Monika and Nicolas, agents of LPA regarding my problem. Still I cant get an estimate of the fees of 2022. Takealot I ordered a new CD player on 26 May 2022 to be delivered on 27 May 2022. As I had urgent meetings to attend to, I asked my workers to be on the lookout for the delivery. No delivery was made on 27 May. So I trace the delivery from the tracking number. It said that delivery will take place on 28 May 2022. I waited the whole day and still no delivery. Today is the 30th of May and still no delivery. THANK YOU KINDLY TAKELOT FOR NOT DELIVERING MY CD PALYER ON TIME. LAST TIME I WILL ORDER SOMETHING FROM TAKELOT.
Ackermans Waverley Plaza in Pretoria has the most amazing staff. On 24 March 2022 I went to buy some clothes for my granddaughter. The staff member and I were talking non stop about everything under the sun. Then I paid with my mastercard and left the shop. On 26 March I discovered that I lost my bankcard. I was in such a panic. I prayed to the Lord and asked Him to please keep my card safe where ever my bankcard is at that moment. On 28 March I was standing in front of Ackermans and waited for them to open. I explain to the saleslady what happened on |Thursday. She called the lady, Miss Lebogang, who was helping me choosing clothes for my granddaughter. Lebogang immediately recognized me and asked if I was looking for my bankcard. She said the manager Miss Elizabeth, put the bankcard in the safe. They kept my bankcard for me. My husband passed away on 25 July 2021 due to Covid. He was 2 weeks in hospital during which time various blood tests were done by the mentioned pathology labs, Yesterday on 10 Nov 2021 I received a very disturbing call from this lab's account department. They wanted to speak to my husband. It was so upsetting as I am still so much in mourning. They said I have to pay them R7000 for the blood tests done while my husband was in hospital. I have send numerous emails to this lab requesting they send the accounts to Discovery Medical Aid. According to this lab, Discovery is not going to pay the bill. But I am on Classic Comprehensive scheme and Discovery should pay all hospital bills. So, what should I do now?
