We are being abused by the dstv staff , Yolanda Mcotheli in particular and the supervisor or team leader Philasande .Yolanda added a compact decoder without our authorisation in January 2025 of which it's not working in a storage ,for two months our subscription have increased for a reason unknown to us.we have made a payment in January for our premium subscription and February again the subscription doubled ,so we proceeded to pay R978.00 and then they switched us off because we are being forced to pay for Yolanda's person compact subscription.The have promised to listen to recordings and update us instead what they do is to ditch us on and off on daily basis. We requested that they pay back our R978.00 so that we can do what other people of buying R169.00 for access of all channels on skyworth or any other TV box and they are basically bullying us with our money. May we kindly send our money back asap so that we can be able to watch what we want to watch with our money.
I am so disappointed that I dropped off the parcel on the 36/12/2024 to be delivered in Bryanston till this date it's not delivered on the 1st day they attempted delivery I picked up the address was wrong and still they could not call to verify,they were just next to the correct address instead they returned and I was assured to get the delivery the next day.I once mentioned they did exceptionally well with a delivery...this is the worst service by far.I m running a small business and decided to buy 10 sleeves in advance I would really like a refund ,this is extremely unacceptable.They have failed me and my client and due to this I have lost a deal from the same customer that was going to pay R3000 for the next purchase. I need this to be fixed asap.
We bought shoes in Sportscene at mall of Africa and in two months the shoes started making some sound when walking.We phoned the store in mall of Africa and there was no one picking up the phone until I send an email just before Christmas and in a day I received a call from Pearl in the customer care ,she is excellent,with excellent people's skills and I was then referred to Montana ,where I interacted with Maurice who was also exceptional and we could not conclude.On the next day I checked the shoes and I found them in Wonderboom store ,I then Phoned Montana shop and I found Tshego whom you could hear there's prosper sharing of information,well done to Maurice and Tshegofatso you are Stars.I went in to Wonderboom and the service to be honest was not satisfactory,the first thing I explained my reason to the two shop lady assistants and one just concluded that 'I knew Tshego would refer you to us'of which I corrected immediately The Wonderboom store needs attention in the form of training. I struggled until I got Pearl on the phone who was on leave and despite being home on Christmas day she pull up her sleeves and sorted the problem out. Thank you Pearl may you be recognised in your company and see you as a champion I noticed in you🌟
I bought a DKNY women perfume from my perfume shop.I requested a refund after the have acknowledged selling ****s perfumes but they refuse to process a refund because the box is opened.if I didn't open the box how was I going to know it's **** like the lady mentioned they sell **** perfumes.The website said they are selling authentic perfume who in the right would buy a **** perfume for R1600.00?if they could have stated from the onset then I would have made a sober solid decision whether I continue buying or not May I kindly be refunded and I will send back the **** perfume
TRACKER SA I WANT ANSWERS AND SOLUTIONS On the 17/02/2024 at about 11:58am my vehicle was ****** and till this day it was never been recovered. I took out the subscibtion on october 2016 till when my vehicle got ******,i had a great experience with tracker over the years until on the 15/02/2024 when i wanted to change to matrix and their consultant advised me that what matrix is offering is the same as i got the to range device on my vehicle.I am a memeber of a group that respond to ****** vehicles as on a daily basis vehicles on matrix a recovered on the same day so when i wanted to do a switch i understood exactly what i wanted. I was informed that i have a top of the range device and i only needed to install the app on my phone,till this day i believe the device was the best because till this date no one ever called to say they have found the device but my car has vanished into thin air. i installed the app on the 15/02/2024 used it on my first night on the 16/02/2024and on the 17/02/2024 at 11:58am my vehicle got ******. Why was my car never ****** when all this year i never activated the app? My device was 100% fully functional and there was nothing wrong with the device. I wrote an email requesting an investigation to the Ceo Wayne de nobrega and the Coo Duma Ngcobo ,to operations and info@tracker.I have received an email more than a week later with copying information on my email and that they do not do investigation by Thabang Selibi customer experience coordinator ;i respoded to his email till this date it has not been escalated. If tracker had a policy like all the other companies that take responsibility like they pay you when they cannot recover your vehicle all these negative reviews that are on hellopeter could not be happening. Even if its their staff that is selling customers cars they do not feel any loss because they do not account. In my case i had a contract and an appointment set with matrix for the 15/02/2024 for installation i would like to be reimbursed because should their employee Mongezi not misled me to believe that my device is as effective as matrix my vehicle could have been recovered. Thabang Selibi instead of saying they will investigate he tells me they are not an insurance company but the misrepresentation by thier employee has cost me my vehicle. similar case to this is where the minister of the poice is being sued for involvement of saps member in a cash heist. I would love to speak to someone on a senior level who is accountable to come up with the best solution. I cannot believe a big company such as this just nglecting our concerns like these,cases should be treated by merit no. From December the 2nd 2022 I have been in a chat que because my money is not reflecting in my account. From capitec to betway WLDe75310c2-68f4-473 may I have my money credited or refunded... Or is this a way people are being scammed by Betway
Egadgets is a big Scam they selling stock they don't have and I'm shocked that so many people want their refunds.. Refunds in installments. I don't think this company pays Sars if it cannot do a refund. Even these reviews don't scare them but maybe it's about time someone mobilize the right people to demand my refund and refunds for all the people still waiting for refunds. These are headlines... I want my full refund before the end of business today.
