What a horrific experience to be treated by the Hotel staff, more especially the name of the manager Faiqah, I am terribly disappointed how inhumane she was, with no respect whatsoever more especially for someone who came to Cape Town for Holidays to have a great experience, very disappointing.
I am utterly disappointed at Vodacom and I would recommend it to any of my family and friends to use this network! They do not resolve your issues period. I had a contract with them whereby I was paying R46 per month whereby I receive a R65 airtime and 500MB. In October 2020, I received an invoice stipulating that I should make a payment of R433.39. I immediately contacted the insurance department and requested them to cancel the amount because I never made such arrangements. When I called again seeing that this amount was still on my invoice, the department told that they had cancelled the amount on their system and when I asked why am I still seeing this amount on my invoice, they said that I should contact the accounts department to remove the amount from invoice. Then I called the accounts department no one assisted me with the matter instead they would tell me that I must the amount how insane is that. Then I called the client services department, they took in my statement and till this day no one ha contacted with regards to the matter. I am no longer able to use the number because of this amount that is still on my invoice and the worse part is that this is affecting my credit score. I am very disappointed with Vodacom. The only thing they had to was to create a credit note to clear the amount that's all. Now I no longer use the sim card because they had blocked me from using it and yet I am still paying the R46 per month like how sick is that!!!
