Bad service no feedback
Sent a email to roybi. co. za part inquiry more than a week ago no reply. Needed a new trimmer bumphead for a roybi RLT552 trimmer that is out of guarantee. In fact I got a wolf/ trimtech bumphead that fits perfectly from takealot. Please expose Roybi's no service policy.

The Power Store
Stay away from The Power Store. They are 3rd party distributors that got no idea what is going on regarding deliveries. This company are definitely not telling the public the whole story after they have placed an order. Delivery takes on averageore than a week. It does seem that there are a number of this type of enteprises in the solar industry in South Africa.

The Solar Shop
The Solar Shop is not a supplier of solar products they dont stipulate that fact. They place orders to the solar suplliers that is hence why it takes forever for goods to be delivered. Any idiot can become a 3party distributor. They claim the loadshedding as a excuse but other companies provide same day tracking no. Please share with as many people as possible this is a total ripoff.
