I bought the Topline Drain Cleaning Rods (12 Piece) from builders warehouse norwood. Used it once, 5 of the 9 rods broke in my drain. Now my drain is blocked and I can't get the rods out. And I can't unblock the drain because the broken rod kit is stuck in the drain causing the blockage. Box says 100% quality. Thats bs, it's 100% ******* cheap products that break after not even being used once. And now I need to pay a plumber to retrieve the broken topline rods stuck in my drain. If you have any pride in your products - call builders warehouse and tell their management that they should take responsibility for selling old and defective goods and not make it the clients problem.

Now my drain is blocked and builders takes no responsibility. It's my problem now to get a plumber to somehow pull the broken rods out of my drain. Then I must get the broken product to builders and then they will investigate. and IF it's deemed faulty, all they will do is refund me for the product I bought. It's not good enough builders. Don't sell defective products. And if you do, take responsibility for it.
I went to the zone last weekend to watch a movie.<br> I had one bite left of candyfloss in a packet that i was going to finish while I waited the 20 min before my movie started.<br> as i walked in the man at the ticket line said i cant enter with the candyfloss. I told him its a tiny bit, and i will sit on the couch and finish it before my movie starts. he said i am not allowed to sit on the couch and finish it. So i stood there and finished it, gave him the packet so he could see it was finished and as i turned around he threw the packet back at me and had a good laugh at my expense with the other employee that was standing there, speaking in an african language that was not english. I asked that a managed come sort him out and how dare he treat a customer like that and nothing was done about it. when i got into the movie there was a black couplke sitting in the seats next to me having a lekker picknick with food obviously not bought at ster kinekor. they were eating a packet of jumping jack popcorn and had a packet of simba crisps with them and cooldrinks in a can. no tell me, why do i get singled out (one of about 15 white people that were at the cinema that day) and no one else?

writing this in vain as I am sure no one really gives a sh1t at Telkom in any case. but maybe, just maybe if I complain enough they will eventually fit the problem. gone are the days where telkom is the ONLY service provider in SA so why the hell do we all stay with them knowing their service is so terrible. i am paying for a 10mbps line, but my line speed sits on average at about 1.5mbps and yet when the bill comes at the end of the month I am still charged for the fastest line they can charge me for. i phone the call centre on a daily basis to complain about either no connection, or slow speed, plus the crackling landline. will it ever end. why not spend some money and upgrade your bleeding system so that you can catch up to the 21st century?? come on telkom, wake up and start giving better service. heck - even bloody ESKOM is better than you, at least they tell us when we will be off, and guess what, we dont pay for electricity if we dont receive it!!!! WAKE THE F UP TELKOM
