Topline Tools sell defective products and take no responsibility once it's at the distributor
I bought the Topline Drain Cleaning Rods (12 Piece) from builders warehouse norwood. Used it once, 5 of the 9 rods broke in my drain. Now my drain is blocked and I can't get the rods out. And I can't unblock the drain because the broken rod kit is stuck in the drain causing the blockage. Box says 100% quality. Thats bs, it's 100% ******* cheap products that break after not even being used once. And now I need to pay a plumber to retrieve the broken topline rods stuck in my drain. If you have any pride in your products - call builders warehouse and tell their management that they should take responsibility for selling old and defective goods and not make it the clients problem.

Topline Tools know what fantastic customer service is
I contacted Topline Tools when I discovered what I considered to be a manufacturing fault with the ratchet spanner in my tool set. I didn't have the receipt and the retailer quite understandably wasn't able to assist. Within a week Janice Pentz had assessed my complaint, and a new set was delivered to my door. Simply fantastic customer service.
