Pick n Pay ASAP delivery not delivered and refund not granted
I ordered some essentials on pick n pay ASAP and I think at the time of delivery my phone had lost connection and by the time i got connected i had multiple messages starting that the driver is on the way, and they attempted to get hold of me without any luck, therefore, my order will be returned to store and the money credited back to my wallet, however, hours later the app status now indicates that the order was delivered which was not and i called twice to complain and the answer i get is that it indicates that the order is delivered even when i tell them that I did not receive that order, so if it is that easy for drivers to lie like that and **** us, how credible and securely is this pick n pay ASAP, can this issue be resolved as there is no way I will be ****med off my hard earned money. Mweb Account 64147306
I terminated my contract with Mweb when i moved out of my rented placed and I owed for 2 months of which i paid on the 9th of December and Mweb debited the outstanding amount but at the time they had already handed over my account to lexmed which keeps harrasing me despite the multiple emails i send with the proof of payments. Kindly assist with stopping them from harrasing me please. I emailed Dominic and to date no response, but they spam my phone with calls and text messages accompanied by voicemails

Motor Vehicle Repairs Renew-it Randburg
My car was badly damaged and was towed to Renew-it Randburg for repairs by my insurance and i must say that renew-it Randburg did a splendid job on repairing thr vehicle back to its normal state, now it looks as good as new and I am happy with the fact that they replaced all the damaged part. I want to give a special thanks to Ms. Jacqueline Senna the service advisor for keeping us up-to-date with the process and sending us correspondence on all the ordered parts as well as timelines on delivery and completion.

Pothole Claim Recovery
A Road Protect Agent by the name of Mosa Mfene was assisting me with my pothole claim against the City of Tshwane municipality and she made the process seamless especially with gathering the evidence, however, the municipality was not as efficient as the agency and took 12 months to conclude the case, nonetheless, I have received my money within 8 hours of being processed by the agency and I am satisfied with the service they provided.
