Quick response always willing to help
Having Mamba as a security service is definitely worth it. They dont overcharge and they are really good at what they do. I am grateful for how fast they respond when there is trouble.

Fast, honest, they put in the effort and go the extra mile
I live very far from their operations and they still took the time to assist me. Charged me an amazingly fair and competitive fixed rate. They are definitely not out to do you in. They are honest, forward thinking and I am extremely impressed. Great service amazing drain side manner. And above all of this, it took them 5 minutes to unblock 2 drains. Best plumbers I have met so far.

Naked gets back to you quickly and have really good communication channels. If the app could include a statement download option that would be amazing. The app is great otherwise!

Hot card
Standard bank has blocked my card as a hot card. They did not send me an sms or phone me after doing this. I have phoned them twice. Engaged with their staff who tried to help me kindly on both occasions, but all the action points involve them contacting the fraud department somehow. So the fraud department has been contacted at least 3 times. I have emailed customer care and I have even lodged a complaint. I am yet to be contacted regarding restoring my card. I am hopeful that maybe someone will restore my card soon. This experienced can be summarized by key words like back and forth, weak communication, and friendly telephone consultants.
