PLEASE DONT USE HOLLYWOODBETS
DONT EVER REGISTER AND/OR PLAY AT HOLLYWOODBETS!!!!Believe me,if you want to struggle with a reversal of funds then play at hollywoodbets!!!!They are very quick to take your monies,but when it comes to reversing funds which they NEVER EVEN paid out in the first place(which I personally think a money making scheme is)because they never pay funds into the ewallet, due to the fact that you never receive a sms from FNB and then YOU must pay for the reversal they have to do.Then they inform you that it will take up to 5 working days but I have been waiting 12 working days now and everytime I speak with them they will escalate the matter to the revelant department. ALL FOR A MERE R400

It's a pitty I didn't read the reviews here BEFORE paying them...............BUT,let me tell you one thing, I WILL do everything in my power to end these ****ers!!!Luckily, I am employed in a organization that finds and deals with these people!!!! So, ANY ONE reading this review, who is connected with these ****ers, save this review please, so you can have proof the day we find you

It's a struggle to catch up
At last,I spoke to a actual human being. I was informed about how a EFT works etc etc etc ALL useful information which would have helped BEFORE they took my whole salary. The banks will never realize what a tremendous effect it has on your life AND your financial state if you fail to pay your commitments for ONLY 1 month.

No more FNB for me!!!
It's now been 25 Business Days since I've lodged ny complaint,and STILL NO FEEDBACK!!!How many "Business Days" must someone ACTUALLY wait???? Thank God I opened another bank account!! Believe me,I WILL NOT MISS FNB AT ALL!!!! I decided to save ALMOST R750 and opened the EXACT type of account with the EXACT same benefits that I had BUT only at another better bank.Let's see if they will really not miss my little more than a R1000 I use to give them,for free and for doing NOTHING,every month

Still No Assistance
Well, It's been 5 days (6 if you include the 31st) that I have only received "Automatic Responses" informing me that they,FNB,have received my complaint and is busy handling it as well as stating how important I and my business are to them,which by the way is BULLSH*T, otherwise this problem would have been resolved 4 days ago already,but up to date,no human interaction.This is ALL because some people just don't give a...........damn!!!Why must they concern themselves with other people's (whom is supposed to be their clients) problems, irrespective if that is the only job they have to do???They received their salaries mos,their monthly installments were paid,no debt collectors are calling them,NON STOP,and yes,life is good for them,why worry.I will tell you why,a little thing called:"Integrity!!!"Which seems like now a days it's considered a DNA thing.Some people assume they either get born with it and if not,then tuff *******!!!!What do you,FNB,think would happen if I should also adopt the same mind set??Now, because my WHOLE salary was deducted and I didn't receive any salary this month,I loose my integrity and decide to NOT attend to complaints,NOT give assistance to my community and fellow citizens,NOT arrest any ********s etc.etc.Do you think it would be a good thing? Now answer that same question if you were the one who needed help or assistance.Not the same answer as before?!?I just wish that some people can realize,nobody forced them to apply for the post that he or she has the privilege to be in,he/she did it on their own free will.So,if you do not want to do the only thing you have to do,which is your job, resign and find another more suitable job for yourself aand stop wasting other people's time and money.Now,the other problem I have,HOW can any person be expected to wait 21 Business Day's for their monies to be refunded?Is the people who instituted these conditions brain dead?? Doesn't the time frame defy the reasons WHY you want them to refund your money.Is common sense ALSO a DNA thing???But what else can I say.....oh yes,I really hope and pray,that the people who are in a position to help with this dilemma I am facing and,due to their lack of integrity,decides not to help,never ever face the same dilemma.Because,believe me when I tell you this, it's not a very nice feeling to look other people in the eye and ask them for help,just so your kids could eat etc.Don't worry about if you are one of those people or not,because God is the only One that will trully know and He,my friend,never sleeps

More in debt and debt review extended......thank you FNB
As predicted in my previous review,FNB DID in fact deducted my whole salary,leaving me still with MORE THAN R7000 in the minus.......This is because of my monthly commitments that is trying to get there monies via debit orders and no funds being available.WHO IS GOING to pay ALL the failed debit orders??We all know who,I WOULD HAVE TO PAY IT,BECAUSE ITS MY ACCOUNT!!!When is all this going to end?????People work themselves to death,forced to open bank accounts and EVERYBODY,WHO IS TO USELESS TO WORK,just reaps the spills that me and you have to pay?!?!!?Now,I get FORCED into more bad debt reviews,just as I was busy fixing my debts,because of FNB's mistake(look,I know I am not innocent in this scenario,but for goodness sake,I informed them that I am MORE than willing to repay the outstanding amount,but not at once,how am I and my family going to survive the whole month without ANY food,a house etc etc)and due to this I'am not only going to loose my furniture and other stuff which I have been paying every month and which is almost paid up,but my time on the blacklisting is going to be extended for ANOTHER 5 years...........EVERYTHING FOR NOTHING!!!!!!! The way things are now in this country,NO ONE will EVER GET ON TOP AGAIN and be financially independent.Even the law cant stop certain people/businesses from doing as they please!!!They have enough money to prolong ANY case in court up untill your money is finished and the case gets thrown out of court due to lack of funds from the complaints side!!!!The law states clearly:"ANY PERSON/BUSINESS ETC.ARE ONLY ALLOWED TO DEDUCT 25% OF SOMEONE 'S SALARY TO RECOVER OUTSTANDING DEBTS",but not FNB,clearly not

Problems Problems
Good Day I started to experience problems and issues with FNB about a month ago.It all started when another business I had an agreement with,of which I cancelled the agreement we had about 2 months prior to the incident, deducted money from my account, which is/was *****ulent by the way,seeing that I cancelled the contract.I then contacted FNB and informed them about the transaction and requested that they refund the amount back into my account,only to be told that they cant do anything about the transaction and I.,MYSELF,must contact the company that took money from my account and ask/beg (because let's face it,which company would EVER refund you after they succeeded to take money from your account?!??) to refund me????Tell me then, honestly,WHY DO I NEED A BANK if I have to sort out everything myself?Is the money in a bank account,NOT THE MONEY of the owner of said account?So why cant the people/bank appointed by you to protect your money,take your money back which was *******ly taken from your account???We get FORCED by the government and/or employers to open a bank account, otherwise we wont receive a salary,but still anybody and/or anyone can take your money as they want to,your bank cant do anything about it or so they claim.Then,when I received my 2 pot monies I noticed that another amount was available in my account and knowing that my employer owes me some back pay,I transferred the wole amount into my daughter's account to pay some debts.Now,I see my bank account shows MINUS (a very large amount) and only realized,after I spoke to my finance department,that the second amount was not part of the back pay.It is clear that my whole salary is going to be deducted at the end of the month,of which I would then still be more than a thousand rand in the minus because my salary isnt enough for the outstanding amount and I cant afford it.How am I going to pay rent,buy groceries,pay other debts,pay school fees etc etc etc?????The best part of all,is that I am blacklisted and dont have an overdraft or anything like that,so how possible is it to be able to receive an amount,from the bank,and then when the bank realizes their mistake,said amount is treated like an overdraft and/or loan.When I asked the bank,fnb,about the incident and how they could have given me that amount of money,seeing that a am blacklisted etc.I was informed to contact the collection department because there was a lot of transactions with the amount on the day I received it,lol.So,who is at fault now??The banks are VERY QUICK to take back their monies BUT when someone take money from your account,YOU YOURSELF must sort it out!!!I am more then willing to repay every cent of the second amount I received BUT can not afford to loose my whole salary and fall behind with ALL my other priorities because of a mistake the bank MADE,NOT ME!!
