I was very pleasantly surprised at the helpfulness of the staff but most importantly, the condition of the new wards at the hospital. There were spacious, well staffed, beyond clean and the patients looked well cared. I went there to look for our housekeeper who we were not able to trace via the phone, and all the way, from the security guards to hospital staff, the friendliness and helpfulness was amazing. 5/5 for this hospital.
On the 9.6.2015 my father in-law was due to receive a rebate of 7652.80 from Eskom and despite numerous phone calls and faxes to the relevant department, since this time, the last phone call being to their offices last week with a promise of being contacted back after discussion with a supervisor - nothing has been forthcoming.
The information is on the system but payment is still pending to my father in law.
I contacted Avon/Justine on behalf of our housekeeper as to the fact that she had not received goods ordered in November 2014. They were delivered to the incorrect person who accepted the goods. I then had to get her to submit an affidavit and documentation so that they could track the order and replace this. This correspondence by myself on behalf of Mrs Marakalla after she was not getting any assistance, started in Feb/March of this year with originally phone calls and then e-mails.
She has also since been receiving phone calls and sms messages to say she owes money still on that order from November (which she has bever received) and was told by Janene in the accounts office not to pay till sorted out, and that she is to be handed over
I had one positive phone conversation with a lady from their offices (Janene) but to date the correspondence has been going backwards and forwards with no outcome as yet.
