Worst service from electric express Mams mall Today went to buy a refrigerator price shown is R3999 on display. When time to pay the manager was so rude she was busy shouting we must pay R3500 instead of coming to us and explain professionally it was not credit but cash. Then when the driver was asked the time he will go to the warehouse to fetch a new one because we didn't want the display he replayed with an attitude saying "he won't go there to fetch that thing". If that's how they treat people I wonder why is still operating?. The most ridiculous company I've ever known..... on 12th of November I transferred R1019 to RCS credit card thinking I'm transferring to tymebank savings account wich FNB said they can't help me only RCS can reverse the money on their side. I've send couple of emails I've called you reversal department and I've send emails which are not responded to and over the phone you find rude consultants or they take your details promising to call me back which it doesn't happen. I do not have any credit card or what so ever with RCS. RCS what should a person do to get help from your company?
