So I bought a bedroom linen set for close to 4k on credit and total amount with interest was 6k had not problem with this is I was too excited to finally own what I thought to be a dream set…however my excited was short lived did’t last very long as in less than 6 months linen started showing signs of serious wear even my husband noticed and he was very upset that we still had to pay do much for what we now realised was bad quality bed linen, I feel ****med by pres les, I didnt bother fighting it with them as I knew it would be pointless, I take it a lesson learned, will never buy anything from them ever.
Fairhaven furniture is a scam ..I bought a dining suite on the 23rd of September was promised a turnaround time of 5 weeks, 5 weeks later called the owner she asked for an extension of 2 weeks ..then again asked for another 2 weeks ..something just didn’t feel right so I went to the factory/warehouse spoke to the production manager asked to see my dining set , they guy didnt know what I was talking about so I finally showed him a pic of what I had ordered..said they don’t make the type of furniture as they don’t have the machinery required to to my disbelief..anywayI then spoke to the owner (Lisa) who then tried to convince to take something else to which I declined and demanded my refund back, I have already opened a case against her..reported the matter to my bank (Capitec) as well as hers (FNB) and an investigation is pending, I’d like to urge all of you guys to also do the same..Fairhaven is a big scam lost R11500 ..they have even blocked me from their social page wooow😆
