We booked a vacation at Langebaan with Langebaan holiday homes, overall, the service was fine, but when they needed to repay our deposit, they decided to take R950 for towels that were never even in the room in the first place. They say that there were supposed to be 8 towels, but we only had 4 towels for the whole week for 6 people. There was no checklist or anything like that to show that the towels are supposed to be there.

So in order to start typing a review I need to click on a star rating. In my opinion this place is not worth a half a star, never mind one star. We ordered a generator and paid the 50% deposit (please note this is a big generator as it is for a big corporate client) and a completion date was given to us. We were told we can pay the rest on collection. After this, the date was changed, not once, not twice, not even three times, the date was changed FOUR times, promises after promises. AND on top of all of that now all of a sudden the amount must also be paid in full one week before collection. The collection date is now changed to the 3rd of December (I am not keeping my hopes up) and we need to pay the other 50%. With each delay we need to explain and apologize to our clients, and I mean after two times it is no longer a joke. On top of all the drama, the service and response we get from EVERYONE working there is useless and not helpful in any way!! They have a BIG no care attitude which makes matters very difficult. I do NOT and will NEVER recommend Generator King to anyone.
