Shocking MWEB customer non service
to get tech help from MWEB is impossible. I had to get LTE which I signed up, that took 10 days. Then my outlook could not sen emails. so first thing this morning at 7.30 I phoned MWEB tech for help.over 6 hours on the phone and constantly getting cut off and even getting to next in line 1 then line dropped. Back and forward for over 6 hours. Where has the reliable MWEB customer service go to. Shame on you. Shocking service. So another day without being able to send out emails but I have paid for this non existent service.

Shocking customer service from CarTrack
Hi. I have 5 vehicles under car track. der two different bank accounts. When the one contract expired we wrote in to get that vehicle put under the other vehicle bank account. This has not happened in like 5 years. Numerous calls and emails and filling in forms. Still not done as we speak. Then I got two more vehicles for another contract. They messed up again by putting these invoices under the wrong bank account. Again emails and calls with promises of this to be rectified. Nothing. Now lets get to reports. I have not been able to extract the required reports for years. Some person phoned and gave me the wrong info, then another was speaking total *******. Then yesterday I get aWA message with some badly written jargon. They WA me and then ask for my contact number, so I said use this one you have WA me on. That seems like a step to far for that person. I asked for them to get someone in management to contact me. It is now 13h35 and no one has contacted me. I should not complain about the service because there is none. The strange part is that my ID number does not reflect on their system.

Venter Trailers refusing to give me product broacher.
I am in the market for a 2 X high value trailers. So I go and google venter trailers. Website is a mess for over a week now. So wanting to get the deal moving I phone in to Venter trailers. A very polite lady answered and tells me no one can help me as she does not know where they are. Really!!! She wanted me to phone back, so I say no you need to get one of your sales people to send me your broacher showing the range of trailers. I get an email within an hour and another lady asks what trailer I want. I answer saying why is it so difficulty to get the range of Venter Trailers via email. Now nothing. They must be doing real well to push customers away. So Venter trailers you can shove your broacher. I will go to your opposition and buy their product.
