My husband had a heart attack on Saturday 30 November 2024. I rushed him to the doctor's office. Our doctor was on leave and another doctor helped us. They struggled with him for almost 3 hours, they called the ambulance and took him to the casualty. FlexiCare was called where they told us "Treat it like cash it's not trauma" The hospital stabilized him which took them another 4 hours which cost me a small house's worth of money. The ambulance was called again and he was transferred to the state hospital. Where he lay for a further 4 weeks. His medicine he has to take is not covered by FlexiCare I have to pay it every month. Today, the 6th of January, I get a bill from the Doctor. FlexiCare has not paid her. "We have not paid this claim as the health partner is not part of the network." The doctor standing in for your doctor who is on leave is not paid. Fine print "if your doctor is on leave, please don't get sick" I am completely done with FlexiCare it just doesn't help much to have them. Thought because they were part of Discovery they would be worth it but what a very expensive lesson. Any clients who are considering getting FlexiCare should think twice. It's not worth all the tears
Just want to say thank you to Siya and the workshop. You went out of your way to help me and the family after our water pipe burst. You will definitely get a 10 out of 10 from us.
My vehicle was in for repair, and I just want to thank the manager and Malissa for the great service and the courtesy vehicle. All the best for you dealership
In a month we use about 460 GB to 520 GB. That's normal as I have work to do online. The last month it's 223 loaded tickets and everything. According to them there's no problem. Technician was at my house change the rooter. The same problem - everything keeps buffing. They can't fix the problem if they don't know about it but how many tickets do I have to load. Why do I have an App for C-Way. But month end they take you money then there's no problem.
