I have app**** for refund ofn the 12th of March 2026,26th March refund was approved and it is stated on theiir website that refunds allocation is within 14 working days and when you call, same stories that cash derparment has to approve, today on the 17th day they tell me they are off line, refund me please
Clientele services is poor,they are quick to send you airtime and very slowly to process with payments,today it is a funeral and the family had to go borrow money because they didn't pay but airtime was send,i did experience that 2021 July now is my friend going through that same bad experience,when you send them whats up messages no response and when you call it doesn't go through,I rate Clientele 0 out of 10.
