I realized that bolt has cruel selfish driver's who corn people and know how to manipulate the app. On the 1st of April I used bolt from Clearwater Mall to Orlando West which on the app it showed me R98 but the driver managed to manipulate it and when I got off it didn't report immediately after 10 minutes it gave us a different drop off and pick up point when I asked him we argued and I paid him. Driver details Brain Registration hv 48 ch gp Yesterday the same thing happened the pick up and drop off was from Dr sk matseke memorial to Orlando West again the drop off and pick up were changed and immediately when I contacted the driver he didn't pick up my call until now. The trip was R45 rand's changed to 74 rand's. Driver details Vusani Registration kh 51 ly gp Please make people aware of this I'm deleting the app moving to Uber coz it's safe
I am totally dissatisfied with ATM Finance loans I applied for a loan from them, then they told me to pay 2999 for form of collateral . So after paying that they said I have to pay another 4750 so when I said I don't have and they must please refund my money back, they decided to tell me that I will get the money after 2 months and in their contact or clause that I read the was nothing stipulating that I will not get my money back after 2 months. I have tried to call and what's up them instead they ignoring me since last week
Up to today I haven't received any call or feedback from the insurance. They seem not to care nor investigate my matter.
I have an extended warranty with mutual and federal insurance under Game . Bought a stove 2017 so decided to insure then last year my oven element is not working tried to call them around October they sent me a technician with the wrong size of element. To my surprise that technician was sent by them but today they are asking me but he is their technician. Until now my stove is not fixed they are telling me to go back to the store. The store is sending me back to the insurance so I don't know what to do anymore. I took the insurance thinking that if my stove has a problem,it would be fixed without any hussels. At the moment I'm a frustrated customer , with a problem that will never be fixed.
I have a hospital plan with absa so what happened is when my daughter got admitted for 3days, they sent me a form so that the neurologist can fill it in and I paid 900.then I submitted the form after the said they need more information from the GP then the doctor wrote the motivation letter and charged me 700 ,then the claim was declined. October I was admitted then I submitted the claim today I got the message that I have to do the same procedure, the doctor must write motivational letter and fill out the form again for 700. I'm not happy about the service I'm getting from absa if they told from the word go, I wouldn't have joined this scam. I'm writing this to make other people aware of this matter. If I knew I would never have joined this.
