I am writing this bad review for Old mutual funeral cover, I took a funeral for my late mom and her date of birth was captured incorrectly which is not my problem, however when i went to claim i was told of the error and that they need to re-calculate. My mom passed away on the 23/03/2025 and I submitted my claim at denlyn branch and was told of the error on the date of birth which was told they need to recalculate and to date I have not received any feedback, I went back to the branch and was referred to the rudest and very incosiderate branch ,anager Mpho who plainly told me she has escalated my query and she gets told that it has been escalated and it will take 5 days but to date no payment has been received, I am now losing my patience with this **** company of yours, I have had to make plans to burry my mom on the 29/03/2025 and it seems your useless company does not care at all. Can I please have my money in my bank account before close of business today or else I will goa and shut down the closest branch until I receive my payment a I have never missed any contribution, yet on the 25th my contribution went off but yall fail to pay me back what's due to me, don't make me lose my mind. Pay me what's due to me and cancel my policy while on it because your company is just useless, clearly should my beneficiaries claim they will also go through the same **** I'm going through now. I don't want to stress my dependents, please can someone call me urgently. The denlyn branch manager has a stinky and bad attitude, she needs to be taken to a refresher training on empathy, she lacks empathy.
The service at mamelodi day hospital is really pathetic, on the 31st I had a referral letter from my local clinic to the hospital to check and probably drain my 4 year old daughters lungs but the service was really pathetic, I got there at to 12 if not past 12 am and was referred to the Peads emergency and I understand they were attending new borns and yonger babies but my daughter was only referred for x-rays at 6pm and only seen by the emergency Dr at 10pm and was told they waiting for the peads Dr to come and evaluate her further who happened to come at past 3am while we were sleeping at the emergency section and didn't even attend to anyone of the babies at the emergency section, he or she left and said she will come back but never did. Only at 5am my daughter was attended and taken blood tests then we got discharged at past 8am to go to the pharmacy which was not yet opened and had to leave the hospital at past 9am.... Those nurses are very rude and they don't even have name tags on their uniform. Can someone kindly attend to this as I'm even thinking of never going back to Mamelodi day hospital ever again
I bought a car 2021 at Aurinia motors in Silverton and the car had issues from day 1, I dont know if they took advantage that Im a woman and can sell me that car. Its been having issues until today, it needs to be fixed almost every week. I regret buying my car there, everything in tHat car is worn out. The salesman **** and said i can take it to any Hyundai should I experience issues which I did and was told to pay. I tried getting hold of him until I gave up.
I took my car to be fixed under m-sure warranty and I had to call the insurer and car care clinic to confirm if everything has been sent or received. They couldnt get everything done on one day as they didnt send documents in time, my car had to stay the night at their offices and still couldnt get assistance today as I am told the lady handling my query took someone to hospital and there isnt anyone that can assist me besides her. I regret taking my car there, their service is pathetic and they dont know what is customer service. Their service is poor.
