The latest on this company......as mentioned i have order and paid for my pair of boots last year May 2025. I still have not received my order. I have opened a case of theft at Cambridge police station in East London. case no: CAS219/10/2025 const NE Mbilase can be contacted at 043 7268585 Capitec bank has opened a case of ***** and they have sent me the proof where a Mr Clement Resenga has taken my money from the Broke Uncles account and transferred it to his private account and it shows as a salary being paid to him. Further on Instagram and Facebook post shown that they are now trying to sell the company for R250k with stock. Dont be fooled they have NO STOCK.!!.....another post ON 17 Feb 2026 on Facebook which they have blocked me now shows that they had a "BREAK IN AT THEIR STORAGE FACILITY" and as a result have now "LOST ALL THEIR STOCK" these people make you order and then take your money.......PLEASE BE CAREFUL.....Do your homework and search on Facebook...TheBroke Uncles za...you will see how many customers has been taken for a ride.....

I have used this company 3 years ago and bought 2 pairs of Dr Martins that is why I have made contact with this company 3 weeks ago and placed another order and paid in full. .....To date I have not received my order or any info when I will receive it. They keep on advising me that they waiting for stock and then stock has arrived but again where is my order?????......if they knew they did not have any stock why take my money ??? if I do not receive any feedback from them by Tomorrow 20th June I will have to take this matter further. This is absolutely appalling service from a South African company. My advise is to clients find out if they have stock and then order....I will not recommend buying or supporting this company.
This is the worst company to deal with. I have been trying to get a firmware update for the last week and when they eventually answer via e mail the link for the download has expired. I will go to social media and show my disgust in this company 😡😡😡😡
Bad Service or rather NO SERVICE My mom has passed away on the 18th Nov and I am trying to remove her as a member. I have sent them her death certificate as proof and asked them to re calculate the fees payable still for my dad whom are the principal member. I have also advised them to use my personal e mail due to my dad being 83yrs old and do not have access to internet..... BUT WITH NO RESPONSE!!!! If my dad is going to be charged for my mom whom has passed away at end December I will personally take this matter further. It is a disgrace to see that NO SERVICE are being received but they are quick to debit your bank account for monthly installments. I will personally name and shame them on social media.
