I bought a GSM and GPS enabled microcontroller. The GSM part is not working. I left a message on their website, wrote an email and phoned twice. The last time they said they made a note and would phone back the Monday. That's now more than a week ago. I have not heard anything.
The worst ISP I have ever used. It is a struggle using WhatsApp to talk to people. They also fail to answer your questions. What a waste of time!!! Stay away. There are a lot better companies available.
I joined the Samsung Black Friday early email notification and was mailed that I could buy the products on Thursday 23 Nov at 12 pm. When I arrived at the Menlyn store at around 11:15 am I was told that they do not have stock of the item (a Galaxy Tab A 10.1) I wanted and should try the Mobile store. So they never even had the stock to begin with! The mobile store had stock but wouldn't sell it to me as they were unaware of the early start and told me I should come back at 6pm - even after I showed them the email. Another customer also arrived with the same email and they just told him the same. This is not on. I tried the online chat service and the operator (Letisha.P) just basically told me to try another store. Please respond asap.
