I advised the lady at the counter that my daughter was landing on a flight in an hour and I am then Going to drive the car out at about 8 pm . I returned the car at 8.15 pm two days later and paid for 2 days . I refuelled the car and then due to me being 15 min later they billed me R591 as a penalty . The lady at the counter then tells me that lisha is the manager and is now off so they can’t help me. I can call tomorrow if I like . I have never ever experienced such pathetic service and took a R14500 hold on my credit card . Abs same will be released in 21days time
I booked a flight for my daughter and I but at separate times . They then put me on a different flight to my 14 year old daughter and then say they can’t do anything as the flight is full . My daughter is priority boarding and I got normal boarding and yet paid for priority boarding
I took my child’s dad into hospital, they demanded 85 k from me I paid it. We not related or married . He was there for 9 days . Not once did they call us or give us an update . They then send me a bill and threaten to black list me when I am not even responsible for the bill . The patient died . He begged for treatment and care to no avail . The hospital was full and no help or correct medicines provided . I want to sue them for damages . He had Covid and was 49 .
