It took Octotel all day to get back to me, but when Kwanda called from Rsaweb, all was forgiven. He's was so very patient with my husband and I, as we navigated our way through connecting to fibre in our new house. He went over things, again and again, no sign of impatience or irritation. Thank you, Kwanda.

MD INC - CONSTANTIABERG MEDI CLINIC ER
Constantiaberg med-Clinic ER (MD Inc.) Staff are excellent. Three problems though : - only one doctor on duty at night, which makes the wait very long, for the very expensive cost - no separate entrance or unit for Covid patients - With a long wait, one would appreciate a vending machine. Theirs isn't working.

AFFINITY HEALTH CUSTOMER SERVICE
My daughter is not well, suspected appendicitis. Rushed her to the ER, got immediate authorisation from Affinity. Today I queried the claims etc., got excellent and empathetic service from Leigh-Anne Andrews. I've always received good service from Affinity, and for this I thank them very much. I suffer from anxiety and depression, and any kindness helps. Thank you all, God Bless you.
