Ordered a Pylontech battery from Next Gen Solar. Like everyone else as soon as payment is done all communication stops. None of the positive reviews here are real. This is a 419 **** and has been marked on numerous occassions. Blocked on Facebook after i posted that they are a ****.
Do not go to C Fibre. No matter what they promise. Started March '23 with them by August '23 i started having major issue. Cant keep a speed close to the 50MBs line i should have. Line keeps dropping out and have major ping. Complain after complain and still have not resolved the issue. But still have to pay R735 for a 50MB line and still have to pay cancellation fees even though they did not supply me with anything.
<p>February 2017 i took a dat & router contract with MTN. Having checked LTE coverage on MTN coverage map & also the sales lady checking coverage i was happy that i can join in the superfast LTE network. Received my device & i started setting everything up. After the weekend of absolutely no LTE i contacted MTN. This was a one sided ping pong match. Sales said there is LTE coverage. The map showed LTE coverage. MTN coverage said they are all wrong & that MTN or the engineers will not make that LTE. After a few screaming matches i finally got hold of coverage manager. Explained my situation & he came to my house & checked the coverage on the 06 March 2017. Then & there he assured me that he will get a booster installed. On the 14 March 2017 i phoned to follow up. I was told that he is busy importing a booster. I then after that contacted him a few times with no luck. In early April he said that he will try & get the booster installed before Easter. After that i have not spoken to him again as he does not answer my calls. I want the contract cancelled as it means nothing to me battling day in and out with signal nothing better than ***eons delivering mail. I have tried contacting cancellation department telephonically without any luck. I cannot stay on the line for 15min +.</p>

I was then told that I still owe money on the account and that everything is not settled. I disagreed with that as the external attorneys told me that the amount I had to pay over to them includes the cancellation fee. And I asked the external attorneys more than once that they make sure that is all I need to pay. I had to wait more than a week for them to confirm that nothing else was added. I was told that the problem will be investigated and given a call back but 2 weeks down the line and I have not heard a word again from MTN.
Earlier this year my account was handed over to \external attorneys"by MTN. I duly cooperated with them and made sure everything is back on track even though I was not informed that my debit order didn't go off. I made my last payment to the attorneys beginning Sept 2015 with e-mails stating that everything is in order and I also received a settlement letter from the attorneys which was sent to MTN Legal Department. on 30 September 2015 I phoned for a new phone to be told my account is still blocked. I ended up phoning Legal Department and was told everything is cleared. 15min later I spoke to the salesman and told my name is still blocked. The call lasted 36min only to be told the external attorneys has not settled my account with MTN. I then contacted the external attorneys they confirmed to me that they have closed the book and the money has been paid over to MTN on 02/10/2015. I am sure service & signal will be a lot better somewhere else."""
