My mother purchased a defy double door fridge at OK furniture store in Atteridgeville on 18/06/2021. The sales person also managed to sell her an extended warranty as well, the fridge started giving us problems in April 2024, it took defy over a month to come and fix it because the guy from OK furniture store forgot to report it but it was eventually fixed. Now the fridge has started again 5 months later it doesn't blow cold air anymore and the papers we have states that the fridge comes with a standard 5 years warranty plus my mother added a 3 year extended warranty on top of that but on the papers it states that the extended warranty kicks in in 2026 after the manufacturers warranty is done, when we call defy they telling us stories that it has changed to 3 years and it's not 5 years anymore and we should talk to the store, our food has gone to waste, this fridge is still new, Defy products do not last, the store should come up with a plan to either get someone to fix it proper or give us a new one and settle this matter with Defy cause we are definitely not buying this product anymore SKU no:213679 extension of manufacturers warranty or guarantee: 0000001519.
I've been using Rain Mobile network since 2022 and decided to use a far More less expensive service provider, so I decided to terminate their services last month on the 27th of August 2024. They sent me an SMS telling me they were gonna charge me only for the SIM card but today they debited R569 which they have been deducting when I was using their services, when I call them, their consultant tells me that the reason is because I owe them R499 dated back in 2022 April which they claim I never paid, but when I check on my bank statement as well as their Rain mobile app it shows that I paid and they say they cannot see it on their system, for the past 3 days they've been also deducting R8,50 saying it's for insurance but I gave them back their router as well as their simcard and people are also complaining on tiktok cause that they are ****ming people when they leave their services and claim they owe them a certain amount of money which is not true.
Audi arcadia pre-owned sells faulty cars and manipulates people to take cars that they don't want too. First time i applied i was approved for a different vehicle which i saw and test drove, then a salesperson by the name of Mr sibu ngubeni took over, told me i qualify for a different vehicle with higher mileage i wasn't pleased at all he gave me 2 year warranty on both the engine and gearbox and told me the car was in a very good condition. I trusted him alot only to find that the guy only cares about sales and not customers. From the get go the car was problematic i was given a courtesy car on the first day for a month and 2 weeks, they replaced the bulb and wind screen and told me it was fixed i went and got it, the following day cluster lights went on, i told them and he said i should bring it back, i took it back he called me it was faulty and will get me another car, 2 months later he tells me that its fixed i tell him that you said it was faulty he said not anymore its fixed, my attorney advices me to test drive it, i do after 3 days the car makes funny noises when you start it, sometimes it doesn't move at all when its on, i showed them videos, they told me to bring it back and gave me another courtesy car, i told them please swap the cars even spoke to the manager Mr Kristof Seeger, he told me he would, i drove the car for 2 months, they call and tell me they wanna give me another courtesy car cause a customer wants to see the one i was borrowed, i go there i don't get a car I'm forced to take public transport, they tell me i should come back later, they sell the car and don't even bother to notify me, i call them and tell them should i come get the car, I'm told there are no cars available for me, i message the manager he doesn't reply back at all, the sales person tells me that i should get the faulty car again cause its fixed now, he sometimes didn't talk to me proper especially when i confronted him about it cause i wasn't taken serious at all, i was treated like the car was donated to me and i wasn't paying my installments, i was promised a replacement vehicle then I'm told that they cannot get me another vehicle and they've decided to buy back the vehicle after all this time I've been paying all this money just to drive a courtesy car basically, i feel scammed.
