Disapponted with Tshepo Jeans Hyde Park
I'm very disappointed with Tshepo Jeans Hyde Park. I bought a white T-shirt and after i washed it for the first time the t shirt developed strange marks, i then took the T-shirt back to the shop to find out why did it develop those marks as it was never stained by anything. I was then told the t-shirt will be taken to the factory to do investigation. 3 weeks later i did a follow up and it sounded as if the t-shirt was only taken to the factory after my follow up. A day later i was told that t-shirt was stained, and they unfortunately can't do anything. I'm so disappointed with this shop, my advice to everyone out there don't buy white t-shirt from this people they very poor with after sales .support.

Unfair treatment from Renprop
Unfair treatment from Renprop When I moved in cottonwoods apartments inspection was done by an agent but when I moved out inspection was done by Vlaming company of which these inspections were both different and the apartment was not cleaned when I moved in but now they are taking my deposit for leaving the apartment the someway I found it. This people are ****mers who make money by ****ming other people. I hope everyone checks their reviews before moving into their apartments

Excellent service from fnb Secunda mall
I went to FNB Secunda mall and I was helped by Jacob Hlophe, the bank was full and most of us had to use the phone in the branch, he went an extra mile by phoning the fnb call center with his own cell phone to ensure that some of us get help. He is such a good person with excellent customer service, he goes around the bank to check on each and every customer. If all the fnb stuff was like him, fnb would a very good bank.

Bad service from Booking.com
Booking.com is so useless. I made a booking for accommodation but the owner informed me it was fully booked, she advised that I make a cancelation and I did. Booking.com was supposed to give me my refund but even today I haven't received it. When I call them they keep on saying I must submit supporting documents on the link. I explained to them that the link doesn't work. They keep telling me the same thing when I call them. This happened on the 15th Nov 2021 but even today the 13th Dec 2021 I still don't have my refund. I wouldnt advise anyone to use Booking.com, they are useless.
