It has been more than 3 months since these people started fixing a damp problem in my home. I haven't been able to use two of my bedrooms because they chipped the walls away and didn't come back to finish the job. Endless excuses, not pitching up when they say they will, a different story every time I ask what's happening. When they do pitch the owner sits in his vehicle and doesn't even check the work being done...and it shows. He has also now blocked me because I called him out on this shocking business practice. DO not use these people...you will pay them but they won't deliver. Terrible Terrible Terrible.
I love you guys so having to say something bad sucks but... we landed from PE yesterday. Everyone is sitting patiently waiting to disembark 3 rows at a time. Except one guy who is seated in the middle of the plane. He gets up, goes to the back. Big conversation and laughs with air hostesses. Walk back to his seat twice to get his TWO cases from the overhead holder. He is the first to disembark even though he shouldn't have been. We question this with the air hostesses. "OH, he was taking a photo with us". Guess now I know how to break the rules and do whatever I like on one of your flights. It's a small thing. But it's a BIG thing. PS. How are you not on Hello Peter???
I have been over the moon with Mind the Speed during the last year. Until I moved house. What a mission. An unnecessary pile of processes for a client who wanted to stay with you even though she was moving house. You made it so difficult and miserable that it's pushed me to not have my new services with you. Why? Surely it's easier to keep existing customers? And you don't seem to care. I currently have no idea where I actually stand by the way. So disappointing.
