I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from Nestar . I checked the app to make sure my tracking device was still functioning properly, and the app showed that everything was working fine. I had also stopped receiving notifications, such as alerts when the battery is removed, which already made me suspicious. To be safe, I decided to call their support team to confirm whether the tracking device was actually working. That’s when I was informed that some of the installed units were not responding and that a technician would need to inspect the device. Shortly after, one of their agents contacted me and said the technicians would not be able to come out because I do not have a private or covered area for them to inspect the vehicle. After that call, I heard absolutely nothing from them for an entire week. I then had to follow up myself and asked whether I could rather take the vehicle to their nearest fitment centre in Durban. To my surprise, I was told that I could not take it there because they were not the ones who originally did the fitment. The lack of communication, poor customer service, and unwillingness to assist have been incredibly frustrating. What makes this even worse is that the app was misleading by showing that everything was functioning correctly when clearly there were issues with the units. At this point, I am honestly just relieved that my contract is ending later this year because I definitely will not be continuing with them. I will rather look for a more reliable and professional service provider.
I had a great experience with Legend Removals moving my furniture from Cape Town to Durban. Communication was clear and consistent throughout, and the whole process was smooth and well-organized. Everything was handled with care, and my items arrived safely and on time. I would definitely recommend them for a stress-free move.
I had an absolutely dreadful experience with the customer service at Nestar. It was so terrible that I feel compelled to express my frustration and disappointment. I've been trying to schedule an appointment for the installation of a unit in my car for the past two weeks. When I initially reached out via phone, I was kept on hold for an excessive amount of time. Throughout my interactions with their customer service, I received conflicting information from various representatives, which led to confusion and added to my frustration.
Online order purchased on the 27th of November 2021. Still not received. I have sent a number of emails emails trying to cancel my order with no reply.
