I took my car in for service at Auto Alpina springs on 21/12/2021 at 08h00. They called me around 14h00 Grace called to tell the vehicle was completed and the driver will pick me up. An hour later I took a bolt from Nigel to springs to go collect my car. I a realized my TYRE had a bubble and rim was damaged. I went back to complain and service manager said "I can't believe it happened here". A guy who did the checklist on the vehicle was called and the bubble on the Tyre and damage on rim was not mentioned on the checklist but he confirmed verbally with a shaky voice that it was there. Then after I was attacked by the entire center staff verbally as I came to steal. I sent a complain through their website and Servino replied also denying accountability of the damage on my car. I feel very bad with the service I got and being ill treated.
Ever since I complained o 30th December 2021, I spoke to neimi who was said to be a GM. To date no one from cross trainer has ever came back to me. Including the springs mall regional manager who told me I didn't buy from her store and I'm bothering the wrong person. And the refund policy on their website says a different story.
I bought a pair of Nike shoes for my so on 11 December at East gate malland the don't fit him. Apperebtly the shoes has no size 7 and the store in springs mall is now telling me about no refubd policy which Eastgate didn't bother to tell me about . I called head office and spoke to divisional manager who then asked to speak to the branch manager. Who when he could find any way to help called the regional manager that I spoke to. The lady told me I'm fighting the wrong people as I did not buy from springs mall and she will not help. Now I want to know if the cross trainer has no same management throughout the country and do you have to get help from a specific store that you bought from?. And lastly what about customer protection act?, is the act not saying the customer can get a full refund as withing 30 days as long as the goods are returned in its original packaging and not tempered with.
