Refund
I bought a pair of Nike shoes for my so on 11 December at East gate malland the don't fit him. Apperebtly the shoes has no size 7 and the store in springs mall is now telling me about no refubd policy which Eastgate didn't bother to tell me about . I called head office and spoke to divisional manager who then asked to speak to the branch manager. Who when he could find any way to help called the regional manager that I spoke to. The lady told me I'm fighting the wrong people as I did not buy from springs mall and she will not help. Now I want to know if the cross trainer has no same management throughout the country and do you have to get help from a specific store that you bought from?. And lastly what about customer protection act?, is the act not saying the customer can get a full refund as withing 30 days as long as the goods are returned in its original packaging and not tempered with.

A cry for help
I have never received such poor service in my life. I ordered a waist trainer from Waist Trainer SA on the 04/10/209 and made the full payment of R600 , further promised delivery by 11/10 close of business . To my surprise, 13 Days from day of purchase and still no delivery received and no communication on the reasons of delay. I am very upset as i tried all ways possible to contact them for a follow up but the contact details on their website are not working no their whatsaap. numbers. Such scammer of our hard earned money and have no decency to at least advise of the inconvenience caused and reason for delay. I really hope they get sued for scamming people like this .

Scam?? Waist trainer SA
I'm currently in a predicament where i'm receiving absolute trash of customer service.I bought from this business online, they told me the order would be delivered by this week, yet there's still nothing. Had to email them to clarify the issue, but the person helping seemed very unapologetic about how this is THEIR fault and not mine for wanting a prompt delivery, since I paid that exorbitant delivery fee. I find it odd that I'm the one who's supposed to be on their tail for them to do what they were in fact paid for. I'm really frustrated at the fact that a courier fee of R99 is basically an overnight delivery, and shouldn't even have to take longer than 7 days otherwise the parcel is as good as being sent via the post office. This is the major downfall of supporting SA brands, they ALMOST always take you for a ride and have no remorse about it. I'm holding my breath that they are not a scam and hope they will deliver otherwise hell will break loose. I'd suggest you do not buy from this brand if you're not looking for a headache.----> http://waisttrainer.co.za/

WTSA Do NOT trust with your money
I placed an order for two waist trainers on the 28th of November with a promise of a 4 to 7 business days delivery, 7 bus days came and went and only one of the two orders I placed arrived. It arrived after countless follow up emails and with a mountain of empty promises. They don't even have a phone number you can call or an address of their offices where you can speak to someone to get your query resolved. At the last minute when deliver was expected to arrive I was told they were out of stock only half of my order was processe and I will get my refund. Not with standing the fact that I have an FNB acc as they do I am yet to receive my refund and it's been well over a week. They are simply just not a reputable company to deal with as they display themselves out to be. If you want a reliable and trustworthy company these are not the people to deal with. They will only reply upon following up it's never initiated even when it's warranted. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY!!!! Waist Trainer SA, WTSA, www.waisttrainer.co.za terrible experience experienced.

it's been 7 business days!!

<p>I ordered my waisttrainer from www.waisttrainer.co.za on the 28th February 2017 aftter visiting their instagram page and read all the re-post reviews from their "happy clients"..(which now i know it was all a lie)....i paid R598 INC delivery fee and immediatly got a response that i will recieve my order within 5-7 business days, oh well after 3 business days i started sending emails to confirm when should i expect my order. little did i know it was the begining of my worst nightmare, they kept on extending days telling me to wait for certain business days and giving me options to refund my money which will take 10-15 working days (like seriously !!!)...today marks the 8th business day and they no longer responding to my emails, ive never been so ****ed in my life the worst part about waist trainer SA they dont even have any contact numbers, you only have to communicate with them via email ( how can i b so dumb and pay without doing my homework)... i will never ever buy anything online after this traumatic experiance, they even locked comments on instagram and facebook MXM </p> <p> </p> <p>PLEASE DONT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM WAIST TRAINER SA or www.waisttrainer.co.za they are croocks and are not apologetic at all </p>
