WTSA Do NOT trust with your money

I placed an order for two waist trainers on the 28th of November with a promise of a 4 to 7 business days delivery, 7 bus days came and went and only one of the two orders I placed arrived. It arrived after countless follow up emails and with a mountain of empty promises. They don't even have a phone number you can call or an address of their offices where you can speak to someone to get your query resolved.

At the last minute when deliver was expected to arrive I was told they were out of stock only half of my order was processe and I will get my refund. Not with standing the fact that I have an FNB acc as they do I am yet to receive my refund and it's been well over a week.

They are simply just not a reputable company to deal with as they display themselves out to be. If you want a reliable and trustworthy company these are not the people to deal with. They will only reply upon following up it's never initiated even when it's warranted. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY!!!!
