I placed an order for two waist trainers on the 28th of November with a promise of a 4 to 7 business days delivery, 7 bus days came and went and only one of the two orders I placed arrived. It arrived after countless follow up emails and with a mountain of empty promises. They don't even have a phone number you can call or an address of their offices where you can speak to someone to get your query resolved. At the last minute when deliver was expected to arrive I was told they were out of stock only half of my order was processe and I will get my refund. Not with standing the fact that I have an FNB acc as they do I am yet to receive my refund and it's been well over a week. They are simply just not a reputable company to deal with as they display themselves out to be. If you want a reliable and trustworthy company these are not the people to deal with. They will only reply upon following up it's never initiated even when it's warranted. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY!!!! <p>For the past three month I have been experiencing problems with my DSTV explorer.</p> <p>I have phoned in numerous times to complain about our catch-up, that all the series we try to watch either skip through while watching or it freezes and it just stops playing completely.</p> <p>It even does the same thing with Box office when watching movies. Even on live TV we cannot pause rewind or record!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>Firstly when you call the call centre they ask to do the something of rebooting your machine which we have done numerous times and it has not helped.</p> <p>Then they said it must be our machine its faulty and we must take it in to outlet to get tested, we did that. They tested it deleted all our recordings and still nothing.</p> <p>Phoned again at the call centre then they said it must be our connection its faulty, over R2000 spent later we got in a technician even installed a new dish and yet again still nothing.</p> <p>Went back to the outlet got a new demo explorer and needless to say nearly a week later catch-up is still loading.</p> <p>On Saturday 12/11/2016 I phoned in spoke to Mantoa (agent) requested to speak to a supervisor and requested that they phone me back NOBODY CALLED.</p> <p> </p> <p>Phoned in AGAIN on Monday 14/11/2016 spoke another agent whom I AGAIN requested that a supervisor to call me back yet NOBODY CALLED and its Wednesday today am still waiting.</p> <p>When calling the call centre number 1, you are using your own airtime sort out a faulty service they providing to us which we pay for EVERYMONTH!! they TELL YOU THEY CANNOT call you back. Wasted allot of money in AIRTIME not to mention the back and forth trips to their outlet AND INSTALLED A NEW DISH.</p> <p> </p> <p>Every month DSTV/Multichoice is happy to take my money yet they cannot even call a person back when we need help!!!</p> <p>I want a full refund for the past three months, my airtime and petrol simply because had they just been helpful right from the beginning I would not have lost so much money.</p> <p> </p> <p>MULTICHOICE JUST DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS!!! VERY ARROGENT COMPANY.</p>
