I requested for a settlement letter 2 weeks ago and never received it , I decided to go ahead and pay the whole amount that was showing on my latest statement, in which I was later advised that the account was much lesser than what I paid and they owe me a refund. To obtain a credit refund for the extra amount has been a nightmare for a full 7 days . Everyday I call and speak to different *********** agents who all could not assist me to date or take accountability of the issue and have it escalated. This is the most pathetic customer service every recieved .
Good Day , I am left in shock at the level of professionalism i have received from MTN. I processed a claim first week of January through their Pinnacle Marketing insurance which i find very incompetent as i was told i cannot leave the device at a MTN store for repair however the Insurance company will collect it from my address. Its been over 5 weeks and i have received no communication whatsoever from MTN or Pinnacle Marketing. Yet they debit my account without fail monthly
I have never received such poor service in my life. I ordered a waist trainer from Waist Trainer SA on the 04/10/209 and made the full payment of R600 , further promised delivery by 11/10 close of business . To my surprise, 13 Days from day of purchase and still no delivery received and no communication on the reasons of delay. I am very upset as i tried all ways possible to contact them for a follow up but the contact details on their website are not working no their whatsaap. numbers. Such scammer of our hard earned money and have no decency to at least advise of the inconvenience caused and reason for delay. I really hope they get sued for scamming people like this .
