I bought a pair of Nike shoes for my so on 11 December at East gate malland the don't fit him. Apperebtly the shoes has no size 7 and the store in springs mall is now telling me about no refubd policy which Eastgate didn't bother to tell me about . I called head office and spoke to divisional manager who then asked to speak to the branch manager. Who when he could find any way to help called the regional manager that I spoke to. The lady told me I'm fighting the wrong people as I did not buy from springs mall and she will not help.
Now I want to know if the cross trainer has no same management throughout the country and do you have to get help from a specific store that you bought from?. And lastly what about customer protection act?, is the act not saying the customer can get a full refund as withing 30 days as long as the goods are returned in its original packaging and not tempered with.
