On the 14th of January 2022 I visited Mrp home in Menlyn to return some items, after the whole transaction was completed I was offered a gift voucher instead of getting my money back of which I was OK with, hence I was still going purchase something there (gift voucher had credit of R1119.98) Unfortunately the items I needed they didn't have but had them at Mrp home in Fourways... On Friday the 20th I took a long drive to Fourways mall to buy those items using my gift voucher, to my surprise as I was paying I was told my voucher was left with R89. I immediately call the call center and they advised me to go to the store were I got the voucher, Monday I went to menlyn and I was assisted by Emma.. Who was very helpful on her side she took my details and kept me informed at all times hence she had to make follow up with head office.. I have been on my side calling every day and I have been taken from pillar to post, yesterday someone called me to send copy of the voucher and my ID number and still now when I call they don't have feedback for me... I am very disappointed with their poor service, this is surely not my problem and y do I have to suffer from their mistake I want this resolved asap hence this is my money and they causing so much inconvenience on my side
I regret the day i decided to bank with FNB, they are a bunch of crooks and the most unreliable bank ever!!!!!!!! i called on the 11th of March to inform them that i bought electricity twice by mistake, and i asked them to reverse the 2nd payment...i was instructed to fill inn dispute forms which i did and sent on the 11/03/2021, i got a confirmation email with REF NO. i have been calling them since morning hence today marks the 7th working day and i haven't received any form of communication or my money back, i have been calling and their consultant have been taking me from "pillar to post"... i am so sick and tired of this poor and unprofessional service, ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY BACK
I bought a full extra length queen size bed which I paid in full on the 29th of June 2020, today is the 6th August and I havent received any feedback... I have called Cielo Brooklyn I don't know how many times, it's excuses after the other.. I've been told the headboard is ready they waiting for the base hence dey still manufacturing it, mean hello its been months. I am very disappointed and ders a whole lot of things I wanted to buy from them, but this was ans is a serious turn off I honestly wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from them, I cannot wait for over a months with no feedback no1 calling me unless if I do it doesn't make sense at all
Pathetic service and bunch of crooks I bought a brand new decoder PVR in March 2020, and yesterday August 2020) 4 months later.. It started giving us problems, got a massage dat the hard drive is no longer working we must contact the nearest branch... My husband took the decoder to Gezina galaries branch, wer dey told him they can't fix it dey can only give him a second hand 1) just imagine the nerve) I've only had this decoder for only 4 months and now dey have a nerve to tell us they can't fix it... How sick is dat, I am so ****ed and I want a new decoder oh we will take this further, Vusi the si cold manager is so rude and doesn't have good customer service I want feedback ASAP coz I have been ur client for the past 16yrs and this is the kind of service I get mxm
I am very ****ed with decofurn silverlakes, I bought a coffee table on the 9th of October only to realize dat it was too small for my lounge... I returned it the following day on the 10th, ooh well I filled forms for my refund in which they further needed my ID copy... Luckily I had it with me, they informed me that I will get my money back after 7 working days Guess what i gave them benefit of my doubt, and believed that my money will b in my acc before den, now 12 working days later they giving me run arounds they keep on promising to pay everyday.. I spoke to the manager on Thursday and he told me the money will b in my account same day, and today is Monday I haven't received anything Decorfurn silverlakes r bunch of crooks I will never ever buy anything from them, all I want now is my money I am so ****ed and disappointed in the kind of service I am getting especially for a new branch dat just opened
I placed my order online on the 1st of May 2019, today marks the 7th working day and I haven’t received anything, online when I track my order it’s been ready for shipment for the past 5 days.... I’ve been communicating with their staff online and they keep on saying “they going to send a request to warehouse for shipment” Which I don’t understand coz according to the website when you purchase it says delivery is from 6-7 working days, I need this to be sorted ASAP hence I will b traveling I am very disappointed and will never again buy online with Mr Price Home
<p>I ordered my waisttrainer from www.waisttrainer.co.za on the 28th February 2017 aftter visiting their instagram page and read all the re-post reviews from their "happy clients"..(which now i know it was all a lie)....i paid R598 INC delivery fee and immediatly got a response that i will recieve my order within 5-7 business days, oh well after 3 business days i started sending emails to confirm when should i expect my order. little did i know it was the begining of my worst nightmare, they kept on extending days telling me to wait for certain business days and giving me options to refund my money which will take 10-15 working days (like seriously !!!)...today marks the 8th business day and they no longer responding to my emails, ive never been so ****ed in my life the worst part about waist trainer SA they dont even have any contact numbers, you only have to communicate with them via email ( how can i b so dumb and pay without doing my homework)... i will never ever buy anything online after this traumatic experiance, they even locked comments on instagram and facebook MXM </p> <p> </p> <p>PLEASE DONT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM WAIST TRAINER SA or www.waisttrainer.co.za they are croocks and are not apologetic at all </p>

Saturday the 30th of August by mistake I transferred an amount of R10000.00 to my direct axis loan account, on Monday the 31st i called to request for a refund hence it was transferred by mistake. i was told the money was not reflecting, i called back on Tuesday the 1st which they confirmed the money was reflecting and i have to wait 10 working days to get my money back, i was told to send proof of payment which i did....i tried to explain to the consultants how desperate i need that money hence i have my wedding coming up this weekend. i am honestly disappointed in the service that i received from all the days I've been calling, no1 is willing to help me get MY money earlier than the \10 working days".... i mean whats so difficult if you have proof of payment aswel as MY money showing in your account"
