SHOCKING customer service and bad attitude

On WTSA website it says : Delivery is 3-10 working days. My order was not even shipped after 3 weeks after making full payment . Difficult to contact WTSA , they do not offer a direct contact number and they don't respond to emails answering your questions. After furiously contacting them on Facebook because they were not responding to my mails , they happily said they would cancel my order with no explanation to their shocking service. They also welcomed me to to contact the CPA. Shocking brand management and I am still waiting for my money to be refunded. The cancellation was confirmed 2 weeks ago.
