Last year around this time my son took the Hyundai accent to Milnerton for service. Upon returning the vehicle we noticed at night that the Centre console was broken. We took pictures and sent them the same day to the consultant to show her the damage. She was understanding and said we should show them the following day as we had to take it back for something else to be fixed. When we arrived we told another consultant that the Centre console must be fixed as it was broken by Hyundai. That woman immediately dismissed our concerns and said that they could not have broken the Centre console. We took this up with the manager and I was shocked at how unprofessional this manager is and at how he refused to take responsibility. He was rude in his email and NOT once did he apologise. Instead he shifted blame. Even what he said he will provide he never followed up on it. Arrogant and rude and unprofessional. I disgusted of at their unprofessionalism and inability to take accountability.
Nedbank insurance uses unqualified service providers that are ****s. They offered me a product of installing a sensor to my geyser and my geyser was working perfectly fine before they sent their service provider. I am today 34 days without hot water as their service provider broke my isolator and **** and said that there is a small leakage on the geyser. The geyser was working perfectly fine before they came. Nedbank sent electricians and electricians confirmed that the geyser is working. The isolator looks brand new but it got broken. This means the service provider broke the isolator and no matter how many times I let my insurer (Nedbank know). Nedbank keeps believing the service provider's lies. I am being abused as an individual. Is it because I am being undermined for whatever reason they know? That it has to take 34 days to resolve my issue. Nedbank is not holding their service provider responsible. It does not need a smart person to know that if someone found something working and they leave it not working there is no one else to blame but them. My geyser was working before they came and now that they came it is not working. This does not need a genius to figure out they broke it.
