Cinnabon Pathetic service at the Rosebank branch. Staff were openly laughing while customers were clearly unhappy and waiting to be helped. No apology, no urgency, no basic customer care. It’s incredibly disappointing to see such unprofessional behaviour from a brand of this calibre.
Very disappointed. Have gone to multiple branches before. I Did my nails 5 days ago (gel) at the Grayston centre. 4 of my nails are lifting up already and have chips in. Can I ask for a refund/repair ?
I did a change of ownership almost 2 months ago after stopping my cancellation. I’ve been trying to get in contact with Vox accounts and admin multiple times, I paid twice for the month of September and tried to get reimbursed for the month and have the cancellation fee amended. This has been going on for weeks. I have called for hours on end and nothing has been resolved. I am getting so frustrated. This is my last resort. I am not gonna pay upcoming months if I do not get my money back and the change of ownership has been acted. Please I beg can this be sorted
I have no internet connection. It was installed on Friday - Fibre worked fine for about a day, ever since Monday morning we have no internet connection. I've been in the phone waiting for about 3 hours in total this week. No one is getting back to me.
