FtN is one of my favourite websites for online shopping in South Africa and it is my hope that more businesses will learn to implement their excellent service when it comes to online shopping. I have been shopping with them since I came over from the UK five years ago and have consistently had an excellent service. If ever any problems cropped up, their customer service team were quick to sort out the issues. The courier driver from CitiSprint is an absolute darling and he is always cheerful and delivers my packages from FtN in an efficient and timely manner. Cannot recommend FtN and CitiSprint highly enough.
It's an absolute pleasure to write a review for a business that genuinely delivered an outstanding service. I placed my first order with Komati Foods in Cape Town and was only expecting delivery to be in a day or two, but it far exceeded my expectations as within a few hours of placing my order it was delivered by their friendly driver! Won't hesitate to purchase from them again.
It’s appalling that these people are still in business. After 3 months my package arrived from China and is nothing like the store advertised as it isn’t the same item at all! In fact I paid R1,195.99 for a picture of what I was expecting to receive and received an exact item that I could have purchased from Takealot for R399! It’s an absolute joke and grossly misleading advertising and marketing. This is fraudulent activity in my opinion if this has been done on purpose to deceive customers.
A warning to consumers…do not part with your hard earned money by purchasing from this store. The name of the store is an absolute joke! They are absolutely unreliable, unprofessional and in my opinion con artists. There are plenty of appealing products to purchase on their store but when you make a purchase you receive no status updates or communication regarding your order until you email customer service. I actually feel sorry for the customer service agents who work at the store because they make promises that cannot be kept by the store or their logistics department. I placed an order on the 09th of August 2022 totally R1,195.99. I have emailed four times and once spoke to a customer services rep over the phone. I still haven’t received any so called tracking links from “Buffalo Logistics”. In my last email I requested a full and immediate refund. If I do not receive a refund this week I will be reporting this business to the consumer ombudsman.
This online company deserves no stars. I regret not reading the many poor reviews on this store before placing an order. My order placed on the 09th of August 2022 totally R1,195.99 is still unfulfilled. Beauty Nkosi responded to my emails twice but no further communication on the status of my order has been received. As a first time customer this has not inspired confidence in me. The store clearly has a poor track record in communicating the status of orders and customer service doesn’t seem to be very serviceable. I have just written my third email requesting the order be fulfilled within the week or I want a full refund. I would suggest that buyers avoid purchasing anything from this store.
Absolutely appalling online experience! This was my very first attempted purchase with Coricraft using their website. The website wouldn’t go through to the payment page no matter what browser I used. I contacted customer service via phone and the lady was supposed to call me back after speaking to her manager but never did. I used the WhatsApp number twice and received zero response. I used the online form and received zero response and then I emailed and guess what…zero response! It was my first time purchasing from Coricraft and if they don’t improve their service I will not be attempting to purchase from them again and won’t recommend them to others.
If there were no stars it would be attributed to Builders Warehouse. There is no customer service when it comes to online shopping with Builders. Placed an order on 03.12.21 which was partially shipped. Enquired via email, multiple times telephonically and sent in an online complaint and no resolution whatsoever. Going in to the Constantia Berg store to find out why this has been unfulfilled to date. What’s the point of online shopping if you have zero customer service?
