on Friday the 26/05/2023 we bought two tickets to Durban from Johannesburg. Linda, the ticket sales lady told us to go to ilse no 1. when we got there, there was a man dressed in black, I believe it is her accomplice!!! who checked my tickets and told us to enter the bus. when we got to Heidelberg, two gentleman approached us and told us that they do not work with Nozulu, so we had to pay or they leave us there around 10:00 pm. we tried calling Nozulu's number appearing on the tickets and both the number did not go through. we ended paying R720.00 again! we got to Durban, try to speak to the lady Linda Via her Durban branch. she was so rude and told us that she doesn't understand as to how wed could have bought the tickets as her bus was full and only had 1 seat. We got the Owners number and on Tuesday the 30/05/2023 i spoke to him via Whatsapp. The owner takes Linda's side and saying that he will compensate only 50% of R700.00 we have highlighted that his number on the tickets doesn't work and he doesn't seem to care! This business should be operating from park station as this is a *****ulent activity. worse experience and i would not recommend this doggy liner to anyone. people be careful of this ****!!!!!!!!
FROM DECEMBER WHEN I HAVE SPOKEN TO ALMOST EVERY INDIVIDUAL IN THIS COMPANY AND STILL THERE IS NO SOLUTION!! IT SEEMS TO BE A PROBLEM TO UPDATE MY CREDIT PROFILE AND IT ALSO SEEM TO BE A PROBLEM FOR THE TEAM TO ATTEND TO TRANSUNION'S EMAIL! WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE WORK FOR THIS COMPANY? IT IS HIGH TIME THAT BUSINESSES HIRE COMPETENT PEOPLE, WE HAVE A LOT OF GRADUATES SITTING AT HOMES AND HAVE A LOT OF PEOPLE OCCUPYING SEATS THEY DON'T DESERVE!!!
worst and bad service!!! on friday the 7th i have wrote requesting for Paid up letters for the Accounts that i have settled on the 25 November 2021. i have not heard nor receive email acknowledgement. i am honestly fed up this This, it seem like this business enjoy frustrating people
WORSE NIGHTMARE EVER!!!! Carol seem to be very vocal and lack skills to sort out matters for customers! i have been sending emails with No acknowledgement! and when i spoke to her telephonically she seem to be attacking me instead of assisting. Surely training is needed here big time. all i want is for Atlas to update my credit profile for the loans i have paid off in NOVEMBER 2021. other than that, i will never borrow from them!
it has been over 50 days that i have paid the loan that i had with Atlas. i have reached out to them from the 12th december in regards to this and i was told that it takes 21 days to update the credit status after payment has been received. well request means nothing to Atlas as the call centre supervisor ( Carol ) also emphasized to me that even writing to Hello peter wont update my profile!!!! since i had to wait for 21 days, why is my credit profile NOT updated still??? is this Incompetence or lack of customer service value?? hell NO will i ever recommend Atlas, unregistered loan shark can be far much better compared to the company that does not value their customer's well-being. Atlas does not deserve to be trading in as their statement and adverti*****t does not serve the purpose!! worse Carol, the "Supervisor is so incompetent! i mean why should there be a supervisor who can not resolve the customer's request?? surely she need a bit of training and a bit of education on how to communicate with the customer! well some people might not know the kind of service you offer to your customer, yet referrals are the results of good customer service which this company doesn't HAVE
i have had a disappointing experience with Atlas and i would not recommend anyone to borrow from this company. i have had two one months loans with the company and they never updated my credit profile. when i contacted them i was told that it takes 21 days to update a one month loan after payment. The reflection reflect as if you have ongoing or unsettled loan. This affect the credit scoring.
