Very bad service, especially in Cape Town. Every trip you request they take your money and the next thing the trip is cancelled. They still charge you, and leave you abandoned.. and you complain on the app, until they just close your case and close the inbox so you can’t complain anymore. Worst service I ever had. Bolt is TRASH 🚮… Never Use it when in Cape Town!!! 🚮 🚮

I had the best service and experience
I had the best service and experience. Phillip was God sent, he made sure that he took care of us from the moment we were still shopping up until the car was approved and driven out. He definitely is the best sales person there. Amazing.. he deserves 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
