Do not ever do business with this company. They have been running an incentive for Samsung and they have the most pathetic customer service I have EVER! experienced. The team leaders namely Amin Davids avoids every interaction with the customer and instructs his agents to lie and cover up for him. The customer service agents do not return calls, emails and they do not have knowledge of their own products. ( I have been trying for over a month to resolve a promotion with them and Amin Davids avoids calls and do not return calls. NOT A SINGLE CALL!) I have never come across leaders who lie, who are dishonest and a customer service agent who is rude, aggressive and bluntly tells you that there is nothing they can do for you. I recently bought an air conditioner from Samsung because of their Buy & Get promotion. Samsung did not honor their promotion terms and after numerous emails and calls to Samsung South Africa and their Buy & Get department I was told by their customer service agents they tried to help me and there is nothing more they can do because their systems have errors on. (Mind you they did not return any emails or calls, this was all at my cost) I asked to speak to a manager and I was refused that opportunity. The service agent told me that they closing my query because the Buy & Get department is not their responsibility. How can you have a promotion and then your promotion department is not your responsibility as a Samsung entity? In terms of the Consumer protection Act Below. Samsung is in in breach of basic consumer rights and they show no regard for customer service. 34. Subsection (5) A person who makes or sponsors a promotional offer must— • Ensure that the supply of the particular prize, reward, gift, free or reduced price good, or the capacity to provide enhanced quality or services, is sufficient to accommodate all reasonably anticipated demands resulting from the offer; • Not limit or restrict capacity to supply any such goods or services in response to the acceptance of the offer, on any basis other than that it applies to such a supply in exchange for any other form of consideration; • Not require the consumer to accept an inferior quality of any such goods or services than those generally available to any other consumer on the same date who tenders a different form of consideration; and • Not impose any monetary charge for the administration, processing or handling of a transaction in respect of which the consumer tenders a trade coupon. As a brand who's mission statement is to "Devote their human resources and technology to create superior products and services" Is a big lie. They only devote their human resources and technology into profitability, the customer is just a by product to get to their bottom line. Follow this thread and you will see that their response will be "Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we will assign this to our escalations department" And thereafter you will not hear from Samsung. I have been trying for over a month and "NOBODY" in Samsung is able to assist me. Not a single customer service agent understands their customers needs. Complete disregard for customer service They can pretend all they like to be leaders and the know it all in technology but "Your customer doesn't care how much you know, until they know how much you care"
