I found Dell keyboards advertised on their web site which I then ordered. The items took forever to arrive and when received, they were some Chinese ******* which did not even work on the Dell note pads. I immediately sent them the complaints with supporting pictures etc and a comparison of what was ordered and what was actually received. They then started the long tedious process of insisting on proof of banking details which in actual fact was stalling tactics as they don have funds. I issued all documentation etc by the 19th December 2023 and was informed it will take 10 working days for the refund. To date, I have not received the nearly R8000 refund and don’t think I will. They have even gone as far as saying they have instructed PayFast to refund / return the transaction. People this is one of these people who sit behind a computer at home and sell other people products. They spend the monies **** and never have the find to reimburse for products not received or incorrectly supp****.
I booked a blue train excursion for my wife’s 47th birthday which was the 30th November. Days before the trip was to take place, the train derailed. The following Monday I received a mail from andgo.com which indicated that we have nothing to worry about as there are two blue trains. A few days later, I received a mail from Andgo.travel indicating that the trip will be cancelled and that we have an option to travel on different dates or get a refund less R3450 / person. This did not suit us as this was a special occasion. This to me is outrageous and they indicated this is what the supplies are going to charge. I asked them for precise invoices from their suppliers / operators charges. To date they have changed their story on many occasions and now want to offer a voucher to the value of R6900. This to me is unacceptable as I did not cancel the trip and at no stage did I receive any T&C’s but now they expect me to use my travel insurance. I never had travel insurance as I would have only procured it just before traveling. THE OPERATORS / OWNERS ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY AND CHANGE THEIR T&C’s AS AND WHEN THEY FEEL IT IS NEEDED. AS OF TODAY, I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED AND REFUND OF MONIES PAID AND THEY HAVE ALL SORTS OF EXCUSES. STAY CLEAR OF andgo.com!
