Worst client experience ever, the assistants wasn't friendly. Not that the store was even busy at the time. Just because it was close to 5pm (closing time) they were concentrating more on closing than trying to assist. When I requested to see the manager, the manager sent out the training assistant to say he/she is busy. Going to that store was definitely the worst mistake. They definitely didn't have the stores best interest at heart. Yes we all tired close to the end of the day, yes we all need to work but the staff there didn't seem like they needed to work or be their. Serious brand damage š
The online purchase goes smoothly until you need assistance regarding your purchase then absolute no one gets back to you or assist you. I would never buy anything online by them again
So as I'm from the Athlone area, whenever I need 2 go 2 a pick n pay I would use the one in Bellville in the Sanbell building if it's urgent and weekends I'd either go to canal walk or the waterfront, Howard centre or even table bay, and the staff there seems rather friendly and helpful However the biggest mistake I made today was to go to the Vangate Mall pick n pay. I would never set foot in that pick n pay, there is never staff, endless queues and a Rude disrespectful Manager. So morel of the story.... Just because at Vangate Mall you dealing with an average customer and coloured people, the level of service shouldn't change. I dont even know of its worth taking this matter further as I don't have time for this bull ****!!! Word of advice, us coloured clients are the ones keeping your store open. And with the level of service I hope the lot of you get actioned up unto the manager. If you don't know how to speak to people and to deal with an Irate client, you definitely in the wrong profession. I hope this get actioned because me for one will never ever step foot in that shop again. 10 stars for having a spar in the same building, i rather walked down there and got the client Service and all the goods I needed instead of the mediocre Pick n Pay that didn't even have sea food mix. I am and was so furious that I'm actually waiting for Monday to contact there Head office
We goofed and paid for a kayak adventure at 3 anchor Bay, arrived an hour in advance to find the people however they were a no show. We received an sms 24hours in advance but no guide, the number advertised on the add was on voice-mail and no correspondence with them thereafter. We even emailed them however no reply... SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!
