So I was using their facilities and it happened my stuff had to be sold. So I had to get money from that sale.they. It was supposed to be paid in November 2025 till today they haven't paid me they have been sending me up and down with lame excuses. I had to be the one always following them around asking them about my payment which till today I'm still waiting for my payment. Which to say the lack professionalism and doing business with them is a waste of time
It's been a week that Orlando east around mpanza street that there is no power. There is no explain as to what is wrong eskom has failed the community once again food is getting spoiled and people are suffering. Kids are are going to school without taking a proper bath. All.in the name of loadshedding....
I still say capitec bank is the worst bank ever, to the conclusion of my case it is said I am the one who took out the funds from my account no one committed fraud, I mean why use money from my account then go claim its lost or something, thats pure stupidity. But I'm done with this bank I have found a home in FNB.
Please tell how can money be transferred from a investment account??? So yesterday I transferred R200 from one of investment acc to savings acc so I can pour petrol and withdrawed it by the garage, fine drove home and all... Later I'm checking my truecall messages there I see a transfer made from that investment acc to a RTC reference which I know nothing about and that transaction was done through internet banking and checking the time it was between me driving from the garage to the house. Fast forward to the following day went to the bank queried abt it but I was told that transaction was made by me chance are I know abt transaction so they can't reverse it bluh bluh, and them came thru to complain about it because it happened with a space of 30 minutes after i was using my app. This is the worst experience ever top it off to be told I might have done the transaction, I want nothing to do with capitec like ever!!
had a bad experience with the company firstly they rude, don't know how to speak to people, they just don't have customers service. They don't communicate with the client you must continuesly call them. They not punctual nor flexible, instead they do what they want not what the customer requests yet they are rendering services to you. I will not recommend it to anyone worst customer service experience ever.
